Privacy Policy

Summary
Levelstead stores profile name, selected class, quest completion, training-session history, readiness ratings, perceived effort, reminders, achievements, cosmetic choices, and local feature state on your device unless you choose an export. The current app build does not use accounts, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, payment SDKs, wearable integrations, or cloud sync.
User-Directed Exports
Privacy & Safety can create a local JSON backup. Journey can create a CSV training report containing session date/title, duration, effort, energy, soreness, set count, and notes. Both actions open the device's system share sheet. Levelstead does not choose a recipient or upload exports automatically, but an app, person, or service you select may receive and process the export under its own privacy policy. Review the destination and the report contents before sharing.
Data Stored On Device
- Character name and selected training class.
- Daily quest completion and achievement unlocks.
- Training logs, including duration, sets/reps when used, perceived effort, readiness, notes, and local timestamps.
- Reminder settings and cosmetic/loadout selections.
Permissions
Notifications are optional and requested only when you enable a local reminder. Levelstead does not ask for location, camera, contacts, microphone, HealthKit, Google Fit, or wearable permissions in the current build.
Deletion And Export
Use Privacy & Safety in the app to export a local backup or reset local progress. Use Journey to export a CSV training report. You can also remove local app data through your device settings. Local backup exports contain the same local profile, quest, reminder, cosmetic, and training-log information described above.
Health And Fitness Notice
Levelstead provides general fitness habit support and beginner exercise guidance. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, injury assessment, emergency services, or individualized medical advice. Stop exercise for sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, faintness, or unusual symptoms. Ask a qualified professional before exercising if you have health concerns.
